Chiswick House

Chiswick House is a grade 1 pavilion and gardens in the guardianship of English Heritage and the Chiswick Garden Trust.  We have been involved with a number of projects including:

    • The complete regeneration of the grade 1 garden including the reconstruction of the grade 1 Conservatory;
    • A completely new Café and repairs to the boundary walls and all the historic garden structures in a major £12.1 million HLF funded scheme with Dannatt, Johnson Architects, Caruso St John Architects, Roger Parker Associates, Scott Wilson Landscape Architects, Hockley & Dawson Consulting Engineers and Gifford Consulting Engineers
    • Re-placing the stolen lead roof of the Ionic Temple and associated repairs with Dannatt, Johnson Architects
    • Further repairs to the house frieze externally with Davies Sutton Architects cost plan for new visitor building attached to the house with Martin Ashley Architects as part of a further HLF application
    • Internal and external repair contracts
