Peter has extensive experience in Project and Cost Management utilising Traditional, Design & Build and Construction Management procurement routes, gleaned from working both as Consultant and Contractor for in excess of 40 years. He is now a consultant to the practices and specialises in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Having joined the practise in 1990 Robert is senior partner and leads the Welwyn Garden City Office. He specialises in Quantity Surveying and Project Management for both public and private sector clients with a particular focus on the Sports & Leisure and Education sector.

David has been with the practise for over 15 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management. David’s primary focus is Commercial and Residential projects for a mixture of public and private sector clients. He also has wide-ranging experience in the Medical Research and Defence sectors.

Alex joined the practise in 2018 having spent 16 years at Drivers Jonas (latterly Deloitte Real Estate). He leads the project management of larger capital projects for the Welwyn Garden City Office for a range of public and private sector clients. Alex’s primary focus is in the Education, Sports & Leisure and Cultural Sectors.

Trevor spent 35 years with the firm before becoming a Consultant and continuing to focus solely on all aspects of Quantity Surveying & Cost Management for the repair, conservation and representation of historic buildings and new buildings in an historic setting. He is a Member of the St Albans Diocesan Advisory Committee, Member of the Cathedral Projects Support Panel and a Council Member for Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Historic Churches Trust. Until retirement from the partnership Trevor was a member of the English Heritage Peer Review Group. Trevor leads Press & Starkey’s framework for English Heritage having previously lead the framework with Cadw Welsh Historic Monuments and Historic Royal Palaces. He has won an RICS Conservation award for his work at Lulworth Castle and been within the teams who have won RICS Conservation Awards for work at HM Tower of London (twice) and Finchingfield Guildhall and a John Betjeman award for the restoration of Jordans Quaker Meeting House.
