Sparkhill Leisure Centre

A new leisure facility for Sparkhill replacing the original Sparkhill Baths which closed in 2008. The new Centre is built on the site of the original 1930’s Swimming Baths adjacent to the locally listed Sparkhill Public Library and neighbourhood office.

Facilities provided include; 6-lane 25m Pool, 13m x 8m Learner Pool with poolside viewing, 90-station Fitness Suite, Consultation Room, Exercise / Dance Studio, Flexible Studio / Community Room (including programmed use for Junior Fitness Room) and Cafe in the entrance foyer facing the Stratford Road.

Planning permission was granted in January 2015 and the centre opened to the public August 2017.
